Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amsterdam Mornings. We take pride in offering high-quality coffee beans and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
As a consumer in the Netherlands and the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

Please let us know the invoice number and if it's possible the Track and Trace code as well and do not forget to include your bank details for a faster processing of your payment.
2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Perishable goods, including fresh or roasted coffee beans once opened.
Therefore, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed packages of coffee beans.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
