Welcome to Amsterdam Mornings. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order through our webshop or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all agreements, offers, and orders placed via our webshop at www.amsterdammornings.com. Before finalizing an order, the customer must accept these Terms. Amsterdam Mornings reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time of purchase.

 

3. Products and Availability

 

Amsterdam Mornings offers high-quality coffee beans and related products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided with care, but may be subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

 

4. Prices and Payment

 

  • All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payment must be completed using the available methods at checkout.

  • Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

Amsterdam Mornings reserves the right to cancel any order in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • We ship within the Netherlands and to selected EU countries.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays do not entitle customers to compensation, except where caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Shipping fees will be shown during the checkout process.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This right is subject to the terms outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.


Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or perishable products, such as coffee beans in opened packaging.

 

7. Complaints and Warranty

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Amsterdam Mornings adheres to Dutch consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 7), under which customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Amsterdam Mornings or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

 

9. Liability

 

To the extent permitted by law, Amsterdam Mornings limits its liability to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or data.

 

10. Privacy

 

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be submitted via the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr) or directly to us. If legal proceedings are required, the competent court in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction.
